Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Electrical N2 qualification or higher is advantageous
  • Previous experience in an electrical, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
  • Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Physically fit and willing to work in an industrial environment
  • Valid driver's licence is advantageous
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for electrical work
  • Assist with cable routing, conduit installation, and basic wiring tasks
  • Perform housekeeping and maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Support fault-finding and maintenance activities under supervision
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Complete assigned duties efficiently and professionally
