Requirements
- Relevant degree or honours in Human Resources /Sciences or related field
- 5 years’ experience in providing a breadth of wellbeing and organizational development services or components thereof
Responsibilities
- Provide integrated wellbeing consulting and advisory services by applying subject matter expertise, business insight and commercial acumen to enterprise-wide initiatives and programmes
- Use wellbeing data, analytics, benchmarking, and future-focused research to generate practical insights that inform strategic decisions and the evolution of wellbeing frameworks
- Lead wellbeing projects from scoping and solution design through to implementation and delivery of agreed outcomes
- Design workforce-led wellbeing events, solutions and digital platforms that improve access, adoption, and employee experience
- Co-design, implement and maintain wellbeing knowledge management, including guidelines, system guides, processes and supporting materials
- Develop wellbeing change, awareness and capability-building initiatives, including coaching, communication, information sharing and training across HR, line managers and employee communities
- Build cross-enterprise relationships to influence stakeholders, embed wellbeing practices, and deliver meaningful business, health, mindset, and behaviour outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing commercially relevant, practical, and fit-for-purpose wellbeing solutions
