Finance and Administration Assistant

Overview

Nemlab is seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to support the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the office, ensuring efficient daily operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records while assisting with finance, HR, customer service, and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Higher Certificate in Office Administration, Bookkeeping, or related field
  • At least 1 years' working experience in an administrative or junior finance role
  • Microsoft package
  • LIMS (Laboratory Information System Software) and SAP Accounting software, advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including reception, filing, document management, courier coordination, travel bookings, and calendar management.
  • Capture and maintain data in LIMS, SharePoint, and other internal systems, ensuring records and templates are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, data capturing, asset register maintenance, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support HR administration by maintaining employee records and related documentation.
  • Assist with procurement, customer onboarding, compliance documentation, and operational coordination across branches.
  • Provide marketing support by coordinating social media content, preparing promotional material, and assisting with events and customer engagements.
  • Ensure office supplies, forms, and marketing materials are adequately stocked and readily available.
