Fleet Compliance Manager - B&T

Overview

Develop and enforce a centralised fleet governance framework across all B&T locations. Ensure compliance with road traffic legislation, vehicle roadworthiness standards, insurance and risk requirements, and internal fleet policies. Establish a single source of truth for fleet-related data, implement systems for real-time visibility, and develop standardised reporting dashboards. Design and implement analytics frameworks to monitor fleet performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop fleet optimisation strategies, identify cost-saving initiatives, and partner with management to embed centralised fleet standards. Select and manage fleet technology platforms and ensure systems integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business
  • Certification in fleet management, compliance, or asset management (advantageous)
  • 8–10+ years’ experience in fleet, asset management, or logistics strategy roles
  • Proven experience in centralised governance or multi-site environments
  • Strong background in fleet analytics, reporting, and cost optimisation
  • Experience implementing fleet systems, telematics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools)
  • Experience with fleet management and telematics systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments
  • Financial modelling and cost analysis capabilities

Responsibilities
