Overview
The successful incumbent will be responsible to set up and operate Gluing machines and to ensure good quality products as per customer’s specifications.
Requirements
- Completed the Gluing Operator training
- Previous experience of 4/6 Corner, Crash lock, Conical and Straight-line work
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Technical orientation
- Ability to meet performance output requirements
- Ability to meet quality standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts
Responsibilities
- Ensure that work is produced as per the planned production schedule and match the specifications on work tickets
- Maximise productivity and minimise downtime
- Ensure that the machines are maintained to company standards and kept in good running condition at all times
