Responsibilities
- Implement and manage internships and learnerships including recruitment, selection, and placement
- Monitor and report on internship programs
- Establish strategic partnerships
- Administer and manage bursaries including awarding and contract management
- Scrutinize applications for Recognition of Improved Qualifications
- Compile management reports on bursaries, youth programs, and recognition of improved qualifications
- Supervise HRD Clerk
