You will lead engineering teams aligned to value streams and shared capabilities, ensuring that technology decisions translate into positive customer outcomes while guiding the organization's transition towards a Composable Commerce architecture.
Requirements
- Relevant IT degree, Computer Science degree, Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 8 – 10 years relevant experience, including leadership of software engineering teams within large-scale digital, e-commerce or technology environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions and digital platforms at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams within Agile and product-oriented delivery models.
- Experience with modern software engineering practices including cloud-native development, APIs, microservices, composable architectures, DevOps and CI/CD.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and driving engineering standards, software quality practices and technical governance.
- Experience in driving operational transformation, including moving from reactive support models to proactive.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering execution across Online Web, Mobile App and API platforms.
- Embed engineering excellence, quality by design, security by design, and customer-centric decision-making into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure technology decisions translate into positive customer outcomes.
- Enable the organization’s transition toward a Composable Commerce architecture.
