Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital media buying or related roles with a focus on social media advertising, Google Search, and display advertising.
- Strong expertise in ad manager platforms including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google Search products, and display/video advertising.
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns to achieve measurable results and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external media partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
- Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with media vendors to maximize cost efficiencies and ROI.
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques, including conversion tracking and lead generation.
