Junior DTP Operator - Midrand
Overview
The Junior DTP Operator is responsible for supporting the preparation, adaptation and production of artwork across marketing, promotional, retail and internal communication requirements.
Requirements
- Matric required
- 1–3 years’ experience in a DTP, artwork production or print production environment
- Qualification in Graphic Design, DTP or related field advantageous
- Retail, POS or promotional artwork experience advantageous
Responsibilities
- Prepare, adapt and update artwork for marketing campaigns, promotions, retail environments and internal communication requirements
- Resize, version and amend artwork for various formats and specifications
- Ensure artwork is correctly formatted according to approved templates and production requirements
- Support the preparation and management of artwork through the production workflow
- Assist with quality checks to ensure artwork aligns to approved specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with Creative Studio, Marketing stakeholders and agency partners in support of artwork production requirements
- Update workflow systems and job tracking information
- Maintain accurate records of assigned artwork and production tasks
