This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to take the next step into a management position while working closely with senior leadership and supporting a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous).
- 3–5 years' relevant accounting or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Experience preparing management accounts.
- Sound knowledge of VAT and South African financial regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working on ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
