KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Overview
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the achievement and management of profitability, sustainability, and growth. This role involves the development of account tactical plans aligned with customer, client, and group strategic direction and objectives, alongside management of sales and account management. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, self-management, and stakeholder engagement to foster strong relationship management.
Requirements
- 8-10 years’ experience within an FMCG environment at a regional management level
- 5 years’ key account management experience
- Degree/NQF level 7 in Finance/Accounting or Retail
- Time management skills
- Budget management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service skills
- Planning & prioritisation skills
