- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal control standards
- Analyse reports and business intelligence data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with planners, distribution centers, and other departments to optimize store operations
- Manage shrinkage and loss prevention processes, formulating and implementing corrective action plans
- Conduct regular floor walks and housekeeping to ensure adherence to store processes and standards
