Mainteance Technician
Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing the preventative maintenance and ensuring the state of repair for equipment and facilities within the club. This role involves overseeing maintenance plans and suppliers while adhering to budget constraints, as well as leading the maintenance team to achieve optimal results in line with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage preventative maintenance and state of repair to equipment and facilities.
- Maintain and repair plant and premises, liaising with landlords and contractors.
- Maintain and repair gym equipment and ensure completion of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of the club and manage health and safety requirements.
- Assist in ensuring brand standards are maintained and manage projects to conclusion.
- Ensure maintenance of the club is within budget and control stock levels.
