Overview
The Multi Skilled Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of cinema operations and the cinema team. This role focuses on maintaining product standards, maximizing guest experience, and ensuring that all operational efforts align with organizational strategies and objectives while enhancing operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Matric Essential
- Minimum NQF Level 5 Qualification advantageous
- Ability to work shifts
Responsibilities
- Efficient stock control methods including stock management end to end.
- Ensure float management and control.
- Manage and control cashier variances.
- Responsible for end-to-end banking processes and monies received.
- Control all vouchers and complimentaries issued.
- Ensure cinema opens and closes at the correct times.
- Handle staff work orders in line with operational requirements.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
- Interact with guests on the cinema floor to address requests and concerns.
- Manage refunds, readmissions, and complimentaries issued.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety processes.
- Monitor and report on product performance.
- Manage employee relations and conditions of employment.
- Onboard new staff members.
