Overview
Management of all operational administration to ensure smooth delivery of client’s services inland with the SLA. Being a liaison between the Operations teams and the client and running the portal. Awareness and Compliance with the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

Responsibilities
- Coordination of all operational requirements such as uniform orders, staff lists, one-off work.
- Responsible for all quotations related to non-contractual work and following up on purchase orders with the client.
- Pro-actively interact and engage with the General Manager to understand areas of improvement.
- Coordinate Absa related operational activities to secure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure that administration functions result in contractual and governance compliance.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions.
- Submit monthly financial reports to the region including reconciliation of monthly financials.
- Oversee the cleaning of ATMs and manage regional teams.
- Reconcile weekly ATM cleans and submit to the GM’s, highlighting anomalies.
- Organize quarterly SLA meetings with all GM’s to share quarterly reports.
- Attend and initiate regular accounts/financial related meetings with the client.
