Requirements

  • Diploma at NQF Level qualification
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail or banking client service, sales, or relationship management
  • FAIS-approved qualification preferred
  • Knowledge of product sales skills, sales strategies, product knowledge, customer service principles, Nedbank policies and procedures, and customer relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
