Product Specialist - Rabat
Overview
The Product Specialist at Aspen is responsible for promoting Aspen products to healthcare professionals within a specific territory in Morocco. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering brand marketing messages, meeting sales targets, and participating in both local and international events.
Requirements
- Master's in Pharmacy or Scientific Background (Not Mandatory)
- Three (0-3) years as Medical Representative, Key Account Manager or Similar
- One (1) year - preferably in Pharmaceuticals
- MS Office - Working knowledge
- CRM / Call Report - Working knowledge
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily targeted calls to physicians and pharmacists
- Conduct AVAs & promotional activities
- Achieve sales budget in the designated territory
- Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different stakeholders
- Maintain an updated customer database
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area and present this data to health professionals
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about competitors’ activities
- Organise appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff
- Introduce ASPEN products in the hospital tender nomenclature
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Undertake relevant field research
- Meet both business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- Maintain detailed records
- Attend and organise trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Manage budgets and review sales performance
- Write reports and other documents
