Overview
The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of strategic projects within a fast-paced call centre environment, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget while collaborating closely with various business and operational teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing projects within the financial services industry.
- Experience working on projects within a call centre/contact centre environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Relevant Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage with business stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement and support change management initiatives.
- Work closely with operational leaders within the call centre environment to minimise business disruption during project delivery.
