Overview
We are looking for an experienced Relief Manager to join our fast-paced retail environment, where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to manage all areas of operations which include staff management, ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Management experience of 3-5 years
- Retail Management/Business Diploma advantageous
Responsibilities
- Ensure store profitability through daily planning, leading, controlling and organizing of all resources
- Ensure superior customer service and a shopping environment that drives sales
- Relief in various stores across the JD Home chains when required
- Sales Management
