Overview
As a Sales Agent for The Unlimited, you will represent Global Direct in selling short-term insurance products. The role is fully commission-based, with average monthly earnings ranging from R6,000 to R12,000 depending on individual effort and results. Comprehensive training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and lead generation will be provided to support your success.
Requirements
- At least 50% average for matric (NQF 4), or any higher qualification (NQF 5+)
- Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell (experience in insurance or related sales is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Reliable transport and ability to travel locally for client visits
- Basic smartphone and ability to use simple sales/admin apps
- South African work authorization
Responsibilities
- Actively generate and follow up on leads and prospects
- Present The Unlimited’s short-term insurance products professionally on behalf of Global Direct
- Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Meet individual sales targets and report activity as required
