The Senior SAP CAR Functional Analyst serves as the functional owner and subject matter expert for SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions, responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, supporting production systems, and leading problem resolution. This role partners with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver stable and scalable retail solutions that comply with operational and strategic business requirements.
Requirements
- SAP Retail: 5+ years
- SAP CAR: 3-5+ years
- POSDTA / Sales Audit: 3+ years
- Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: 5+ years
- SAP Integration: 3+ years
- Working knowledge of CDS Views, AMDPs and OData Services
Responsibilities
- Lead solution analysis, design, configuration and support across SAP CAR landscapes
- Translate business requirements into scalable and supportable solutions
- Produce functional specifications and oversee technical delivery
- Support production operations and business-critical retail processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development
