Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R)
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and methods
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Basic knowledge of Tableau and Power BI for data visualization
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (advantageous)
- Experience working in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and correctly frame analysis requirements, hypotheses and questions, and propose fit-for-purpose data-led solutions
- Collaborate with business, technology, and development teams to identify and agree on the right data and analytical techniques to produce business insights
- Assist in transforming complex data into meaningful formats and graphical reports by writing clear business requirements and customizing as necessary
- Design, code, debug, test, document, and support applications consistent with established business requirements and specifications, and participate in post-implementation reviews
- Build and publish dashboards, reports, and analytical findings, including insights and recommendations to optimize spending or enhance business initiatives
- Support complex data-related queries from business stakeholders, helping to resolve issues or enable understanding and integration of findings
