Overview

The Inside Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in converting qualified leads into signed contracts through a consultative, phone-based sales process. This position targets high-performing inside-sales professionals who can effectively sell subscription-based energy solutions, focusing on educating customers regarding the financial benefits, affordability, and technical aspects of solar and prepaid-led products. The role requires a commercially sharp, ethical salesperson capable of guiding skeptical customers through their purchasing journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance, telecoms, SaaS, financial services, Solar, Energy, Fibre, or other contract-based product categories
  • Commercial maturity in sales
  • Ability to explain financial value, affordability, savings, and return on investment
  • Experience in managing a multi-step customer journey from lead to signed agreement
  • Strong closing ability with responsible, ethical selling
  • Proficiency in CRM pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified inbound, outbound, referral, and campaign leads into signed customer contracts
  • Sell residential and light commercial energy products, including solar and subscription solutions
  • Conduct a structured consultative sales process to understand customer needs and objections
  • Recommend products based on customer requirements and product fit
  • Maintain clean CRM records and take accountability for personal sales metrics
