Stock Replenisher
Overview
The Stock Replenisher is responsible for managing import and local supply lines for designated product groups, ensuring optimal inventory availability across stores while balancing stock, customer demand, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in stock replenishment, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of import and local supply chain processes, including cross-border logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards within logistics and supply chain.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Forecast stock requirements accurately to meet sales demand and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Manage import and local supply lines for designated non-food and cross-border product groups.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across all assigned stores.
- Plan and coordinate promotional inventory to support sales campaigns and special events.
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, sales, and store operations.
- Engage with external suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and update system parameters related to inventory management and stock planning.
- Conduct regular stock analysis to identify trends and demand fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, supply performance, and key metrics for management review.
