Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in business/retail related field is an advantage
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards
- Minimize stock loss by promoting a healthy store culture and adhering to security and cash handling procedures
- Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by improving efficiencies
- Ensure administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines
- Lead a dynamic team by taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store
