Overview
The Store Manager will lead a dynamic team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, managing stock loss, and maintaining exceptional store standards. This role includes ensuring administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines and fostering a healthy store culture.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards
- Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and following security measures
- Manage costs effectively by driving efficiencies within the store
- Ensure administrative duties within the store are completed according to company guidelines
- Take responsibility for team training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards
