Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive sales, manage costs, mitigate risks, and ensure optimal stock management while maintaining high store standards. This role involves training and coaching staff, as well as administrative duties in line with company guidelines.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage
- 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage)
