Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Qualification and/or experience in Cosmetology or any other Beauty related qualification.
- Minimum 1yr experience in Beauty Sales environment
- Knowledge of Beauty brands
- Passion for retail, selling, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers through product knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexible and available to work various shifts and across the store
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Provide specialist beauty advice and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Demonstrate correct product application and usage
- Conduct personalised consultations to enhance the customer experience
- Achieve Beauty sales targets in line with agreed budgets
- Actively drive sales through product demonstrations and recommendations
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and appropriate use of cosmetics
- Ensure product availability through effective stock management
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Minimise shrinkage, tester waste, and stock losses
- Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve department and store objectives.
