Woolworths is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our Fulfilment Centre, where you will drive operational excellence and support your functional team in achieving service levels and cost targets. In this dynamic supply chain environment, you will oversee daily operations and facilitate meetings, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification; relevant studies in supply chain or related fields advantageous
- At least 2-3 years of practical experience in supply chain management, preferably within Retail or FMCG environments
- Proven management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of company policies and relevant health and safety legislation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Responsibilities
