- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of store promotions
- Ensure till areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Minimize shrinkage by adhering to store security policies and reporting incidents of dishonesty
- Demonstrate punctuality and compliance with dress code
- Remain calm and efficient under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members
- Support shift flexibility requirements to meet store operational needs
