Responsibilities

- Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials.
- Update CRM and property management systems.
- Manage emails and respond to customer enquiries.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Capture and maintain accurate records and data.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support daily business operations and office administration tasks.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Schedule and manage social media posts.
- Design graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Produce short-form video content such as Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Update website content and property listings.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Support lead-generation marketing campaigns.
- Track analytics and suggest ways to improve performance.
