Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year or more of virtual assistant or remote work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience using scheduling software and CRM systems
- Sales experience (inbound or outbound) is highly preferred
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Scheduling and confirming cleaning appointments
- Coordinating daily schedules with cleaning teams
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
- Assisting with customer satisfaction and quality assurance
- Collecting customer feedback
- Interviewing and helping onboard new cleaning staff
