- Maintain control of crockery, cutlery, and serving equipment.
- Wash, sanitize, and handle service equipment following food safety standards.
- Ensure cutlery is presented according to hospital and Tsebo service standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic ward kitchen and service area.
- Adhere to all food safety, health and safety regulations.
