The Warehouse Artisan at RCL Foods provides essential support to the Warehouse Controller by executing various building maintenance and site service tasks. This role encompasses responsibilities in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance, while also serving as the main liaison with maintenance service providers as needed.
Requirements
- Completed N3 and relevant Trade Test in Mechanical/Electrical/Millwright
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Experience with high-speed packaging machinery and processing plants
- Drivers license essential
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Willingness to perform stand-by duty and work outside of normal hours
- Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Technical and analytical problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily maintenance checks
- Facilitate timely resolution of equipment and infrastructure-related interruptions
- Enforce adherence to SLAs by OEMs
- Monitor and repair machines using applicable skills
