PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION: LIMPOPO
Overview
The role of Data Administration involves the collection, management, and analysis of educational data within the Limpopo provincial government, specifically related to the Vhembe East District. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to data-driven decision making within the department. Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in data management or a related field.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide first -line support to district officials and ECD center’s on cares usage, data capture, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to users with data collection, document uploads, enrolment updates, and system transactions
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to provincial or national support structures whe re required
- Support continuous improvement of training approaches based on user feedback and district user needs
- Promote a culture of data use, learning, and accountability within district ECD structures
- Provide data management and maintenance support t o district users Manage Provincial ECD database for accessing and funded ECD Centre’s Responsible for cleaning ECD enrolled children Means of verifications Experience supporting system rollouts, training, or user support (preferably in education or ECD)
- Demonstrated computer literacy and confidence working with digital systems
- Willingness to travel within the district and work directly with users on-site
