Overview

Infrastructure maintenance. Cleaning and painting of walls, roof and ceiling, filling for potholes, clearing road edges/fallen trees, watering of plants, skoffeling along the fence and around the building and maintain hedge trees and campsite.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure maintenance
  • Cleaning and painting of walls, roof and ceiling, filling for potholes, clearing road edges/fallen trees, watering of plants, skoffeling along the fence and around the building and maintain hedge trees and campsite
  • Rehabilitati on of degraded forest areas
  • Slashing of alien plants, planting of indigenous seeding
  • Manage fires
  • Skoffelling of fire belts and tracer belts, spraying and burning of fire belts, firefighting and sharpening of tools such as hand hoes etc
  • Manage woodlot
  • Reduction and coppice shots 2 and 3 stands/stumps, Alien invasive control within woodlots and clear felling of poles left in the Woodlock after harvesting of timber has been conducted
