Performance Practitioner
Overview
The Performance Practitioner is responsible for planning, organising, and controlling the activities of staff and contractors involved in developing and maintaining network infrastructure. This role requires experience in network infrastructure management and emphasizes quality control and documentation preparation, including training manuals. Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Information Technology or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in network infrastructure management or information technology
- A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence
Responsibilities
- Plans, organises and controls activities of staff and contractors who are responsible for the development of infrastructure
- Quality control and development of network infrastructure
- Prepares documentation including training manuals
- Liaison with client departments
- Experience in Remote/Telephonic IT support is advantageous
