Requirements

  • National Diploma /Degree in Animal Science or equivalent qualification in the field of animal production (NQF 6)
  • Compulsory registration with SACNASP (South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions) as a Certificated Natural Scientist in Animal Science
  • Three years post-qualification technical (scientific) experience in livestock
  • A valid Code B driving licence
  • Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Research and development
