Transport And Logistics Facilitators
Overview
The role of Transport and Logistics Facilitators involves planning, preparing, and delivering lectures to students in the field of transport and logistics. Facilitators are responsible for setting, moderating, and administering assessment tasks according to the College Assessment Schedule, as well as managing students' administrative duties and monitoring attendance and performance. Applicants must apply using the new Z83 form, which is obtainable from any Public Service department or the Maluti TVET College website. Completed applications must be submitted with a detailed CV, and only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide certified documents before their interview.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Standard 10/NCV Level 4
- Recognised National Diploma/Degree in Transport and Logistics
- Qualified Assessor
- Qualified Moderator
- SACE Registration
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Unendorsed Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in facilitating skills programmes
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lectures to students
- Set, moderate and administer assessment tasks as per College Assessment Schedule
- Mark, moderate and compile mark sheets as per the College Academic Calendar and College Assessment Schedule
- Examination invigilation
- Compile and keep up to date POAs, Subject files and student POEs as required
- Handle all students related administrative duties
- Verification of ICASS marks
- Monitor and keep correct records of student’s attendance and performance records
- Carry out all other duties related to the post
