Requirements
- 6 years of building management, technical, or similar experience
- Grade 12 (essential)
- Relevant technical/trade certification (desirable)
- OHSA knowledge and its application
- General building maintenance knowledge
- Computer literacy

Responsibilities
- Ensure effective business relations with tenants
- Manage the In-house Redefine handymen
- Take charge of emergencies and ensure responsible back-up is available
- Manage outsourced service provider’s teams and specialized services
- Conduct regular building inspections
- Implement and manage a planned maintenance schedule
- Organize maintenance and procurement of materials and parts
- Manage ad hoc repairs and maintenance
- Maintain critical equipment in the buildings
- Establish and maintain a safe and attractive environment
- Provide tools, materials, and equipment for efficient work
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
