Overview
RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building contractor in Cape Town is seeking Junior to Intermediate Foremen – General Trades to assist with the supervision and coordination of building and renovation projects.
Requirements
- 3–10 years’ experience in building construction
- Previous experience on renovation, refurbishment or alteration projects
- Exposure to multiple building trades, including finishes, wet trades and demolition works
- Ability to supervise general construction teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Good understanding of construction drawings, site procedures and safety requirements
- Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills
