- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Basic numeracy and literacy for handling till operations
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Accurately process all till transactions in accordance with company policies
- Promote Woolworths loyalty programs and additional services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised till area
- Ensure pricing accuracy by checking scanned items against shelf tickets
- Minimise shrinkage by adhering to loss prevention procedures
- Demonstrate basic product knowledge to assist customers
- Remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Exhibit honesty, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions
- Attend team meetings and comply with company policies
