EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT – MINING
Overview
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level, confidential executive, administrative, and secretarial support to the Mining Executive/Head of Mining. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of the office, including handling diary, communications, and stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's diary, appointments, travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Coordinate and service meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking, and follow up
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and briefing packs to a high professional standard
- Manage confidential documentation, records, filing systems, and information security
- Liaise professionally with internal departments, contractors, regulators, shareholders, and external stakeholders
- Support the planning and coordination of departmental events, site visits, and executive functions
