Overview
The FB Operations Manager is responsible for the effective leadership and management of quality food and beverage products and services across the resort. This role includes strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue potential, ensuring adherence to health, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards, and fostering innovative product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary strategy planning for the complex.
- Provide leadership to F&B teams and conduct SWOT analyses in the business environment.
- Conduct financial viability and feasibility studies for culinary innovation.
- Develop marketing plans and an annual F&B promotional calendar.
- Audit food and beverage operating standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor and enhance food and beverage offerings, pricing, and customer service feedback.
- Compile reports related to audits and product analysis.
- Collaborate with HR for staff development and training requirements.
