- Five or more years of related business or IT service management experience
- Understanding of PC hardware
- Knowledge of program applications
- Financial background is advantageous
- ITIL Certification (advantageous)
- COBIT Certification (advantageous)
- Other IT service management certification (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Maintain service levels of IT service providers
- Manage equipment ordering and procurement
- Manage and coordinate IT related projects
- Ensure efficient systems and processes for IT asset management
- Ensure adequate IT services for all company locations
- Manage software licenses
- Monitor performance of IT systems
- Develop IT policies in conjunction with executives
- Ensure IT environment security and resilience
- Manage incident response and IT risk
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
- Cooperate with different departments for technical solutions
- Maintain accurate reports
