Overview

Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Valid Code EB driver’s licence and own vehicle
- 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role at a Practitioner level, supporting sales, marketing, commercial teams
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Advise and support line management on disciplinary, grievance, and misconduct processes
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including approvals, advertising, interviews, and offers
- Support line managers on performance management and talent review processes
- Implement and drive the DEIB roadmap
- Drive the implementation and monitoring of the Employment Equity plan
- Maintain accurate organisational structures on SAP
- Co-ordinate training and development interventions
- Manage IOD and minor injury processes and reporting
- Ensure accurate capture and integrity of HR data across systems
- Draft reports against target metrics and present to stakeholders
