RCL FOODS is seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join their Groceries Division in Randfontein. The role involves providing effective Human Resources support to the business unit by delivering HR services, practices, and procedures, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
Requirements
- National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial or Organization Psychology
- Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as an HR generalist
Responsibilities
- Implement and drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with the organization's People First strategy
- Partner with line managers to develop and execute engagement plans based on employee insights
- Drive recognition programs that enhance employee morale
- Coordinate employee events, wellness programs, and activities that foster a culture of empowerment
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution
- Promote effective internal communication ensuring employees are informed and aligned with business initiatives
- Support change management initiatives with engagement strategies
- Collaborate with L&D to support capability building
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
- Provide end-to-end support on employee relations matters
- Advise on disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Facilitate disciplinary hearings and ensure procedural fairness
