- Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating effective short-form content and on-camera experience
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Confidence appearing on camera

Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Instagram and TikTok from scratch
- Develop a platform-specific social media strategy
- Film native short-form videos
- Appear on camera in social content
- Create street interviews and trend-led videos
- Produce behind-the-scenes content
- Identify relevant sounds, trends and formats
- Turn trends into content ideas for RemotePass
- Coordinate with employees across different departments
- Source creative footage within a remote-first environment
- Develop ideas for static social posts
- Brief the design team on static content
- Assist with occasional LinkedIn content
- Track social media performance
- Use performance data to improve future content
- Represent RemotePass as it enters new markets
