Marketing Manager
Overview
The Marketing Manager will drive brand growth and enhance the company's market presence by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans across various business divisions. Requirements
- BCom Degree in Marketing or a related qualification (minimum 3-year tertiary qualification)
- Honours in Brand Management will be advantageous
- 5–7 years' marketing experience, with exposure to strategic marketing and campaign management
- Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and community management
- Customer service experience with the ability to engage professionally at executive level
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Own reliable transport is essential
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives across multiple divisions
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Analyse campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimise marketing strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and creative partners to develop impactful marketing campaigns
- Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels
- Manage community engagement across social media platforms and online review channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure all marketing communications and collateral align with brand identity and corporate standards
