Overview
RCL FOODS is seeking a Master Data Administrator – Cataloguer to join the Purchase to Pay Master Data team in the Group Services Division, providing administrative support to the master data team. This role involves validating requests, consolidating data entries across multiple ERP systems, and acting as a liaison between the business and master data teams.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree, Mechanical would be an advantage or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an SAP master data environment or a similar integrated systems environment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar operating systems
- Understanding of workflow processes and procedures
- Filing and saving documents in a chronological and alphabetical order
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy (SAP and MS Office skills prerequisite)
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking
- Numeracy
Responsibilities
- Cleanse and test the accuracy and completeness of requests for new master data records through direct communication with business stakeholders
- Identify Engineering Spares & Consumable materials and align data to Master Data naming conventions
- Update master data attributes accurately and timeously as per authorisation by the relevant approvers
